Water Recirculator/ Heat Exchanger

The Water-Cooled Helical Coil is by far the most efficient coil option for the Annie.  But.... setting up for the water supply can be a little tricky.  Not everyone has a faucet nearby, and not many are willing to go to the trouble of cobbling together their own pump and reservoir system.  If you want to just hit the ground running, here is your solution!

Annie Water-Cooled Helical Coil

Annie Water-Cooled Helical Coil is the most efficient coil geometry, and hence will give you the fastest anneal times. Almost twice as fast as the Flux Concentrator coil!

Tempilaq 750F – optional

Tempilaq temperature indicating fluid. Just brush it on, let dry, and you're ready to heat! When the cartridge gets to 750F, the chalky coating will turn translucent. 2fl. oz.

Fluxeon Universal Foot Switch – optional

The Fluxeon Universal Foot Switch controls all our Heaters and timers.
The foot switch plugs in to the front panel 3.5mm jack.  That's all you need to do.

Made of die-cast Aluminum, the switch is sturdy and designed to last.  The bottom has a rubber non-slip pad to keep it from moving around.  We use a heavy-duty spring, so that the weight of your foot will not accidentally start a cycle.

Free up your hands and move those cartridges through faster!

Description

The helical coil provides the fastest and most uniform heating, and there is zero concern about overheating due to the water-cooling.  Anneal as fast as you can move your hands!

This bundle Includes:

-120V Annie Induction Annealer
-The Water Recirculator, Corrosion Inhibitor and power connector
-Water-Cooled Helical Coil and plastic water-tubing

What coil diameter do you want?
Chose the size that most closely fits your particular cartridge.  90% of the cartridges will call for the .625″ ID coil– just measure it where it necks down.  anything under .575″ will work.  For larger cartridges like the 50BMG, select the .875″ ID coil.  but don’t get the larger coil if you are also intending to use it on brass that will fit in the smaller one.  it will work, but coupling is much lower so it will take a lot longer.

All coils are interchangeable, so you can add another size coil from the ‘Coils” page.

What power connector should I select?
We offer the “Front Panel Connector” or the “Wall Adapter”.  Most users will want to get the FPC, which connects to the front panel DB-9 port and uses the internal 12V power supply to run the recirculator.  It will turn on and off with the main Annie unit.

but if you intend to use any of the advanced feature pins on the DB-9, then select the wall adapter.

Should I get the 120V Annie or the 230V?
three is no difference between the two, except the 230V Annie requires us to use more expensive higher voltage components. If you are in a country that has 220-255V, then select the 230V version.

Lifetime Warranty applies!
