The remote coil mount connects to the Annie or Super Annie induction heater's front panel, allowing the coil to be placed some distance from the base unit.

Annie Flux Concentrator Coil | HS 851490

This is our best side-entry coil for the Annie.  Duty cycle rates are less than the water-cooled helical coil by about half, but generally you can anneal one cartridge every 5-9 seconds.   The Annie Flux Concentrator is available in five different cut sizes.  Order the one that is closest to your cartridge neck diameter.

THIS is how Fluxeon got it’s start, over 12 years ago!

Originally, this product was a specialty, with unique electronics and definite-purpose only restrictions.  but now, we adapted it so that you can use a standard Annie power supply.  Just connect the hand-held remote coil holder to the front panel terminal block and DB-9 port, and you are ready to cherry those ‘trodes!

The Neon Electrode item works with a standard Annie Induction Heater, and comes standard with a 5 foot long umbilical.

Coils are available in a 17mm gap and 23mm gap.  Note that the 17mm gap can handle electrodes down to 12mm 30mA, If you have a custom gap you’d like us to make, please note it in the ‘order comments’ box during checkout.
