Slap Switch

Description

We got this idea from a valued customer who was using his foot switch on the table top, smacking it with his palm like a game show button instead of stepping on it.  Because when you are moving fast, it’s a lot easier than having to avert your eyes from what you’re doing to locate the start button on the front panel.

I knew there just HAD to be something more appropriate!

Introducing the Slap Switch.  It’s an industrial-quality ‘scram’ button, housed in an IEC-rated polycarbonate enclosure.  It requires far less force to activate than the foot switch, which has a heavy spring to offset the weight of your foot. 

It connects to the Annie front panel the same way that the foot switch does.

Slap it, and you’re annealing!
